Kelly is an excellent real estate agent! I had a great experience both buying and then leasing the same property with her help. She helped my purchase a home after my house burnt down in Woolsey Fire. She was very thoughtful, caring, going beyond her "duties" while my family have been going through a really rough time. After we rebuilt, she gave me pointed advice on how to get my property ready to lease so I could get the best price. She found great tenants for my property very quickly - it was leased within a month at the higher-end of market value!
