Kelly Perkins

A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. 

Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. She attends Lone Star Cowboy Church and loves everything that Montgomery, Texas has to offer.
