About Kelly
No stranger to New York City real estate, Kelly Lenard-Chadwick began her
career in the industry assisting one of the city's top teams more than a
decade ago. After several years and a relocation to San Francisco, the call
of the Big Apple drew her back, and ultimately to opening the Park Slope
office, the first Compass presence in Brooklyn.
Kelly is obsessed with all things that make a property “home”. Her keen eye for detail shines brightest when she is staging homes and orchestrating photo shoots, designing top-quality visuals for bringing properties to market looking their best. Whether selling your home to downsize for retirement, making your first purchase as an investment in your future, and everything in between, you can be sure that Kelly understands the importance of every transaction, financially and emotionally.
When not prepping a listing or finding clients their dream home, Kelly can be found distance running through Brooklyn and Manhattan, at home listening to vinyl, binge watching HGTV, or enjoying the park with her husband and two daughters as one of Park Slope's many families.
