About Kelly
Kelly is a specialty sales agent and resident of the beautiful Truckee-Tahoe region of California. The serene mountain life, fresh air and endless outdoor activities attracted her to the area. With a background in construction, home design, real estate development & investment, Kelly’s passion & knowledge of the industry extends far beyond real estate. Her unique expertise adds incredible value to the clients she serves.
In the summer of 2014, Kelly found herself standing on an empty homesite in a community of the Truckee-Tahoe area. Daydreaming of taking her passion for homes to the next level, she did research & analysis of the local market & saw an opportunity to combine forces with her contractor-husband, Chris. No less than a year later, they had moved their family to Truckee full-time and completed & sold their first spec home with great success! They went on to build a number of homes for investors & clients in various Truckee communities such as Tahoe Donner, Grays Crossing, Schaffer’s Mill & Martis Camp. Kelly extended her expertise & passion for homes to serve her clients in the real estate industry, as well.
