With over a decade of experience in real estate, Kelly Cozzi has excelled in guiding and empowering agents to reach their full potential. As an Associate Sales Manager at Compass in South Jersey, she helps agents increase their performance through personalized coaching and targeted mentorship. Kelly has experience developing processes, growing teams, as well as recent selling experience making her a great resource on difficult transactions.

Kelly began her time at Compass as a licensed agent and Director of Operations for a large team in 2019. She has since moved to the brokerage side of the company as of 2021. Kelly is a South Jersey native growing up in Haddonfield, attending college at Rowan University and is a current Burlington County resident.
