Kelly Baysinger

Hardworking, honest, intelligent, professional, and down-to-earth are just a few words to describe Kelly Baysinger, co-team leader of The PAK Group and Broker Associate for Compass. Kelly was born and raised in Arlington Heights and currently resides there with her husband and two children. She has truly grown to love the town for its friendly atmosphere and great amenities. She attended very desirable schools growing up: Olive-Mary Stitt Elementary School, Thomas Middle School, and John Hersey High School; Kelly recognizes how important it is to live where students are offered a top-notch education. While attending school, Kelly was always a natural leader and effective communicator. These are two very important qualities of a successful REALTOR®. Kelly is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign graduate with both a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a master’s degree in Elementary Education. Experience in education has taught Kelly effective problem solving, keen listening, and efficient multi-tasking skills. She is extremely reliable and organized, as well—two additional traits one requires of their REALTOR®. She will guide you through the home-buying or selling process and strive to make the real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Because education is so important to Kelly, she understands the importance of being a “lifelong learner,” and she considers herself to be one. She often participates in continuing education for real estate and is always up to date on the latest technologies available to assist with the real estate process. She has seen the ups and downs of the market and has extensive knowledge of past, present and future trends.
