About Kellie
Born and raised in the Hamptons, Kellie entered a professional career in real estate in early 2013, a year after graduating from The University of Tampa with a degree in Communication Studies. Working as a marketing assistant and a salesperson simultaneously, gave her the ability to understand the best techniques for executing both the listing and selling side of transactions.
In 2015 Kellie teamed up with Chris Coleman and began working primarily in Montauk. Over the past seven years Kellie has sold over 250 properties alongside Coleman including residential, commercial, and land listings. She has also executed over 100 leases. In 2021 the team completed over $200 million in sales volume, and have already have over $100 million in sales for the current year.
Her dedicated work ethic, knowledge of the market, and optimistic energy have made her a go-to agent in the area. She enjoys the relationships she has created over the years with her clients, and works hard to ensure they feel connected and comfortable.
Kellie lives in Sag Harbor with her daughter and husband, who is a local architect. Outside of work, she enjoys family time at the beach, traveling, playing field hockey at her high school, kayaking in the bay, yoga, and running. She believes it is very important to focus on giving back to the community and spearheads projects and fundraisers through the Compass Cares Committee regularly. Recently the committee has successful donated funds and items to the Montauk Food Pantry, The Retreat, Fighting Chance, Eleanor Whitmore School, and more.
