Client Testimonials
★★★★★
"Chelsea and Kelley were so valuable in our home-buying process. They're extremely knowledgable about Rye, provided detailed comps to inform our bids, and were very responsive and communicative throughout our time working with them. They made what can be a stressful process very enjoyable. Even after our purchase, they continued to provide support to make our move easier, including tips for contractors and childcare. We wholeheartedly recommend working with them! " - Colleen and Ben C

About Kelley
Representing Westchester County, Kelley is passionate about helping her clients make the right decision for their future. Born and raised in Rye, NY, where she is a proud second-generation agent, Kelley is deeply knowledgeable about the surrounding Sound Shore towns and the intangible details that make up each community.
Having spent the last ten years at high-growth startup companies in New York City, Kelley most recently worked at a real estate company focused on "co-living" and "micro-housing" developments. In her role, she successfully led the project management for the largest co-living build-out in the United States. Kelley also initiated and took on the responsibility of designing multiple commercial spaces in New York City. Kelley's combined residential and commercial exposure gives her a differentiated perspective for evaluating efficient use and spaces.
Whether Kelley is helping a first-time home buyer or a lifelong resident looking to make their next real estate move, her creative vision, reliability, and hardworking nature can be the difference in achieving important real estate goals.
During her free time, Kelley loves to curate furniture and decorate homes for friends and family. This love for creating beautiful spaces only strengthens Kelley’s ability to help buyers see potential and sellers stage their homes, ensuring successful transactions at the right price.
Kelley and her husband, who also grew up in Rye, made the transition from New York City back to their hometown. They have two young kids who will be attending the same elementary school they did! Whenever possible, they can be found spending time outdoors, usually with their large extended family in Rye and neighboring towns.
Kelley is on the Young Leaders Board of the Lupus Research Alliance and an advocate for the autoimmune disease.
