Client Testimonials

★★★★★
"Working with Kelley was an absolute joy! As first-time homebuyers, we were new to the whole process, but Kelley made it feel exciting and manageable. She patiently guided us through every step, making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with her ability to answer all our questions. She was incredibly resourceful in finding us the perfect property, and her negotiation skills were top-notch! Kelley always found time to fit into our busy schedules, even making herself available on weekends. She went above and beyond to help us settle in, providing recommendations for a pediatrician, nursery school, and a contractor, among other things. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - you won't find a more dedicated and caring agent!" - Weils

★★★★★
"Chelsea and Kelley were so valuable in our home-buying process. They're extremely knowledgable about Rye, provided detailed comps to inform our bids, and were very responsive and communicative throughout our time working with them. They made what can be a stressful process very enjoyable. Even after our purchase, they continued to provide support to make our move easier, including tips for contractors and childcare. We wholeheartedly recommend working with them! " - Colleen and Ben C

★★★★★
"Kelley was amazing with helping us find a home to rent in southern Westchester. We knew we wanted to rent a house, not an apartment, and our budget wasn't super high. Kelley immediately found options for us and took us to see them. She was very knowledgable about all the different towns, listened to our thoughts, and answered any questions we had. We ended up finding a great place in Mamaroneck. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking to rent or buy in Westchester!" - Ratliffs

About Kelley

A small white object in the air Kelley is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong passion for guiding her clients toward the right decision for their future. A proud second-generation agent from Rye, NY, Kelley possesses an in-depth understanding of the local Sound Shore communities and the unique characteristics that define each neighborhood.

Kelley brings a diverse and well-rounded background to her work. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she spent a decade working in high-growth startup environments in New York City. Most recently, she played a pivotal role at a real estate company specializing in "co-living" and "micro-housing" developments, where she led the project management for the largest co-living build-out in the United States. Additionally, Kelley took the initiative to design and oversee the development of several office spaces across New York City, providing her with a unique perspective on maximizing space and evaluating real estate opportunities from both residential and commercial standpoints.

Whether assisting first-time buyers or helping longtime residents navigate their next move, Kelley’s ability to blend creative vision with a practical, results-driven approach sets her apart. Her reliability, resourcefulness, and deep understanding of market trends allow her to deliver exceptional value for her clients and ensure successful transactions at the best possible price.

Kelley’s passion for building and design also extends to her personal life, where she enjoys curating furniture and becoming a sounding board for renovation projects to family and friends. These abilities extend to helping clients visualize potential and value in homes and prepare properties for the market, ensuring they stand out in competitive listings.

Having grown up in Rye, Kelley made the transition back to her hometown with her husband—also a Rye native—and their three young children, who will be attending the same elementary school Kelley and her husband did. Whenever possible, they can be found spending time outdoors, usually with their large extended family in Rye and neighboring towns.

Kelley is on the Young Leaders Board of the Lupus Research Alliance and an advocate for the autoimmune disease.
