"Chelsea and Kelley were so valuable in our home-buying process. They're extremely knowledgable about Rye, provided detailed comps to inform our bids, and were very responsive and communicative throughout our time working with them. They made what can be a stressful process very enjoyable. Even after our purchase, they continued to provide support to make our move easier, including tips for contractors and childcare. We wholeheartedly recommend working with them! " - Colleen and Ben C

Kelley brings a diverse and well-rounded background to her work. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she spent a decade working in high-growth startup environments in New York City. Most recently, she played a pivotal role at a real estate company specializing in "co-living" and "micro-housing" developments, where she led the project management for the largest co-living build-out in the United States. Additionally, Kelley took the initiative to design and oversee the development of several office spaces across New York City, providing her with a unique perspective on maximizing space and evaluating real estate opportunities from both residential and commercial standpoints.
Whether assisting first-time buyers or helping longtime residents navigate their next move, Kelley’s ability to blend creative vision with a practical, results-driven approach sets her apart. Her reliability, resourcefulness, and deep understanding of market trends allow her to deliver exceptional value for her clients and ensure successful transactions at the best possible price.
Kelley’s passion for building and design also extends to her personal life, where she enjoys curating furniture and becoming a sounding board for renovation projects to family and friends. These abilities extend to helping clients visualize potential and value in homes and prepare properties for the market, ensuring they stand out in competitive listings.
Having grown up in Rye, Kelley made the transition back to her hometown with her husband—also a Rye native—and their three young children, who will be attending the same elementary school Kelley and her husband did. Whenever possible, they can be found spending time outdoors, usually with their large extended family in Rye and neighboring towns.
Kelley is on the Young Leaders Board of the Lupus Research Alliance and an advocate for the autoimmune disease.
