"We were beyond happy with Keith. He is simply the best. My wife and I contacted him while still living out of state, unsure of when we might move. We met on a visit to LA, and after returning to NYC, Keith went out of his way to stay in touch with us, keeping us up to date on listings he thought we might like, and market developments he felt might affect our choices. When we did decide to move, before we could even get out to LA due to the pandemic, Keith went even further by doing long distance video walk-throughs of properties we were interested in and couldn't make it out to see in person (one of which we ultimately ended up buying).
