With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Keith Baker brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Keith embarked on his career shortly after graduating from college in 1998, co-founding a company that required selection, acquisition and development of commercial real estate. The company expanded its focus to include the selection and development of rural properties.
To further enhance his ability to execute on development projects, Keith obtained his general contractor’s license. This additional qualification allowed him to oversee projects with a higher degree of precision and quality, ensuring successful outcomes for his company and its clients.
In 2017, following the sale of a division of his companies, Keith and his family made the decision to relocate from the New Orleans area to Franklin, Tennessee. This move marked a new chapter in his career and personal life. Despite the significant change, Keith's passion for real estate remained unwavering. He continued to actively develop both commercial and rural properties, contributing to the growth and development of the middle Tennessee region. He is constantly searching for lucrative opportunities within Tennessee for his clients and remains committed to delivering excellence in every real estate transaction he handles.
Keith has thoroughly enjoyed his move to Middle Tennessee where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring land, and playing tennis.
