Keeva Hartzell

Keeva may be newer to the market as a realtor, but her 14 years in the service industry and studies in Psychology and Business at UMKC have primed her to give all her clients the best possible experience. She embodies a “whatever it takes” attitude that has allowed her to serve her clients in a way that is tailored to fit their needs and wholeheartedly commits to achieve the best outcome for them. Keeva’s expertise is in single-family and multi-family investment properties. She understands that for most families, a home is so much more than a place where you sleep and eat, it's a sanctuary where the most cherished memories are made and that's what ignited her passion in real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Keeva worked in multi-family property management and used this as a stepping stone to single-family residential leasing for her investor clients. This experience has proven invaluable for serving her clients and molding her into the well-rounded agent she is today.

Keeva grew up in Northern California and her family made the move to a small, southeastern town in Missouri when she was 10 years old. After spending most of her adolescence in smaller towns, in 2015 she became a permanent resident of Kansas City. In her free time, Keeva loves to cook, travel, read, and stay active, doing just about anything outdoors. Although social, she also loves staying home and curling up on the couch with her two cats, Milo and Cleo.
