Katrina Sullivan

There is no excuse for poor service in any industry. It's a strong belief behind what separates Katrina from the pack. Two words that best describe Katrina may be “service” and “family.” She grew up in Abington, Pennsylvania, the oldest of four children. She describes her childhood as fun, athletic, and family-oriented. Her mom is one of ten children, and she has 28 first cousins on that side of her family. Katrina describes her mom as very strong, supportive, incredibly generous, and tough; she has had the biggest influence on Katrina’s life. Katrina’s dad taught her the importance of performing service for others.

Katrina has always been athletic and determined, qualities that continue to serve her well. In college, she was a journalism major and a Division 1 swimmer. Once she started her career, she earned her MBA at night while working full time. Since she entered real estate in 2004, Katrina has earned awards for Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, Executive Club, and 100% Club. But her most meaningful professional accomplishment thus far is being recognized as a 5 Star Realtor® for the past six years, which is an honor bestowed by her clients. Her dedication to doing whatever it takes to make her clients comfortable and stress-free is what earned her the name “Extra Mile Agent.”

Katrina's background and success with financial and real estate investing give her a unique and holistic understanding of finances. She approaches her job every day from a service perspective, with a strong desire to make an often overwhelming process simpler, and even fun. She has also become a Certified Negotiation Specialist, just one more benefit which helps when her clients need to navigate the difficult process of buying a home when they need the proceeds from their current home.

Today, Katrina assists active professionals so that they can attain their next home with the superior service they deserve. She believes that your home is your sanctuary and her interests revolve around that. She has a love for architecture and interior design, and she loves gardening and home renovation. She's an avid reader and hosts a monthly book club. She's also involved in multiple service organizations and runs three fundraisers a year. Items on Katrina’s bucket list include an African Safari and starting her own foundation to teach children about financial literacy. So, it's no wonder those two words “family” and “service” are such a significant part of her life and another reason her clients appreciate her all the more.
