Katie Yates

A Mississippi native, Katie’s husband brought her to his home town of Fort Worth, and she fell in love. As a residential Realtor, Katie assists clients with buying and selling homes in Tarrant, Parker and surrounding Counties.

Katie provides exceptional service and is dedicated to building positive and trusting relationships. Every client and every transaction is different; Katie respects and understands this fact. It is important to adjust to each client’s unique needs and wants, and she keeps clients' individual priorities at the top of her mind.

Katie is passionate about helping others. She is involved with Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys painting, tennis and staying active. Katie and her husband, Colby, reside in Aledo with their son Cutter.
