Welcome! My name is Katie O'Neal, and I want to be your Realtor! What sets me apart from others all comes down to my "why". Real estate isn't just a job or transaction for me, but it's personal. Born and raised Raleigh, I'm a 5th generation native and 3rd generation realtor. My family’s roots run deep, and I’m passionate about sharing Raleigh's charm with others. After graduating university I began working in technology sales & marketing for 6 years. Although I gained invaluable business skills and built amazing relationships, I realized climbing the corporate ladder wasn't for me. I yearned for a meaningful career, one that made a real difference and brought value to peoples everyday lives. The best decision I've ever made was taking the risk to leave the comfort of corporate America to pursue the challenge of a new career, proudly continuing my family’s legacy in Raleigh real estate.

Naturally, I have a very deep appreciation for Raleigh's history, growth, and people. Most people know Moore Square for it's charming cobblestone streets and good sushi, I know it as the 1920's location of the old farmers market where my grandmother went every weekend as a little girl. The historic Montague building is now home to Cafe Luna, but it used to be the home of my grandfathers first business. Oakwood Cemetery is more than a landmark—it’s where my ancestors rest, a poignant reminder of my connection to this community. 

With my extensive local knowledge, I specialize in matching people with neighborhoods that suit their lifestyle and needs.
