About Katie
Katie was born outside of Chicago, Ill, grew up in Palos Verdes Estates, CA, moved to Middleburg, VA, and then settled here on the East End. Her first home was in the Village of Southampton but now lives and enjoys the open farmland and big sky of Water Mill.
For over 35 years she and her husband operated their own successful business here on the East End, which distributed seafood locally and abroad. Also during this time, Katie gained personal experience on both sides of the closing table as a property buyer and seller, investing in Hamptons real estate. She still owns and manages several rental/investment properties, having purchased, renovated and sold several properties over the years. Her sharp business sense, long standing community connection and seasoned market knowledge ultimately proved to be invaluable when she decided to enter the real estate business as a broker.
Raising her family in Water Mill and her kids going to the Ross School, Katie has formed close community ties. With her children grown and the seafood business sold, she devotes her time and energy to her passion: real estate. She is a local agent with a world of experience and knowledge of the area who is able to identify properties with hidden value and potential. With an even disposition and a strong work ethic, Katie advocates for her clients and helps protect their best interests. She loves meeting new people, zeroing in on just what they are looking for in a property….and helping them find it! Katie takes immense pride and pleasure in facilitating a smooth transaction for her clients, from beginning to end. These are just a few reasons why she has consistently earned awards as a top producer in her field.
Katie loves to travel and spend time with her family, but she is happiest returning to the East End with its ocean, bays, beaches, farmland and the incredible light. "I was fortunate to discover the East End early in life and make it my home, and now, I'm happy to help you experience its beauty as your home as well."
