With real estate in my blood and a passion to serve today's home buyers and sellers, I am a broker you need on your side! While all of the skills and knowledge included in handling a real estate transaction are vital to success, I believe the first step in helping either a buyer or a seller is understanding their wants, needs and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course - providing clear and honest answers to your questions. In other words, good communication, which is one of my specialties. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Dayton and spent six years in the cable and digital advertising world. Throughout this industry I learned the creativity, innovation and advertising it takes to have a listing stand out in today's competitive market.
