Katie Hollerman

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Katie is a veritable resource of information. Having called Edina, Minneapolis, Wayzata and now Orono home; Katie has lived and experienced firsthand the different areas and she possesses a wealth of information to help her clients. She presents the advantages and disadvantages of any home option with an insider perspective on information like daycares, schools, restaurants or anything else that makes her client’s lives easier. Katie graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a double degree in print journalism and sociology. Before beginning her real estate career, Katie managed a local Allstate Insurance agency selling property casualty insurance. In 2006, Katie joined Dan in his real estate business and the Dan Hollerman Group was born. Katie assists Dan with servicing their clients and ensuring each transaction is exceptionally handled from beginning to end. She also uses her background in journalism as the chief contributor to the Dan Hollerman Group blog and helps create the copy and marketing materials for the team. Katie and Dan are enjoying the lake life on Lake Minnetonka and are the proud parents to two wonderful children: Mollie & Jimmy. In her free time; Katie enjoys tennis, skiing, pilates, traveling, and spending time with her family and two very naughty dogs. Katie is deeply vested in community outreach and is on the Board for both the Orono Parent Teacher Organization and the Orono Foundation for Education.
