Very communicative about every step of the process, she’s made our home listing, showing and closing process a breeze. Our home sale was particularly challenging because we were abroad during the time of the sale - Katie handled everything for us, from staging the home to conducting needed final repairs, lining up an excellent contractor and even advancing the funds herself when the money was delayed coming in from abroad. Who does that? Only a professional focused on getting to the finish line for her client, and devoted to serving.
