She is extremely knowledgeable, and we would always feel like we were in great hands when we walked into a house with her: she was great at spotting things we didn't know to look for and pointing out potential issues or strengths of the places we looked at. She was also super organized, and she steered us through buying a home just as the coronavirus lockdown started in March 2020.
