"I would like to explain why I know I have received exemplary service from Kathy Morris. At the onset, I was informed of the situations that would occur and those that could happen with the extra institutions involved in a short sale. The sequence and time frames were well laid out. A point of interest, the property was contracted and listed by another agency and did not sell. It was auctioned and did not meet the reserve. On the surface, the sale was the standard real estate transaction. This was thoroughly done with great preparation, advertising and listing. Immediately generating foot traffic and multiple offers. In one week, more than the whole time with the first agency. The extra effort of a short sale included dealing with two banks for approval and foregoing the foreclosure date plus permission to extend the closing date several times. "Kathy is a rock star! We walked in...off the street after looking into the Birkdale area. She was nice enough to sit down and spend some time talking with us, giving us valuable info and setting us up in their email system to receive updates of listings meeting our criteria. We met with other realtors during our visit to NC, but Kathy was the only one who listened to us and gave us exactly the info we needed/wanted (the others tried to steer us in other directions). We worked with Kathy from the West Coast via email and phone.
