"Kathy Morris helped me buy my first home! As a young, single girl with specific requests, my options were a bit more limited than some. But Kathy was very, very patient with me and invested a lot of time helping me find the perfect place. In the end, I didn’t have to sacrifice any of the things I wanted for my first place. I found the town home I wanted close to the beginning of our search but lost out to other offers twice due to various reasons such as buyers paying cash, or putting more than 20% down, etc., things I couldn’t afford to do. But Kathy kept a close eye on it. She knew each time it fell out of escrow and even when it eventually went into foreclosure. She promised to watch it and as soon as the bank put it on the market we went in with another offer, my 3rd offer, and I have been a happy homeowner in Redondo Beach for almost 6 years now! Thank you Kathy Morris!" - Amy
When Kathy isn't selling real estate she loves taking walks to the beach with her husband, watching her son play hockey, and leading her daughter's girl scout troop through cookie sales. She is still an active part of her Kappa Kappa Gamma alumnae group working with local philanthropy and is the scholarship chair for young collegiate women.
