About Kathy
Kathy was recruited by over 20 years ago because of her outstanding reputation in the real estate community. A Silicon Valley native, she shares a deep connection with her community, having experienced the change from farm lands and orchards to housing developments and high tech companies.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kathy was a teacher in Campbell, California, and Australia. Upon her return, she joined the sales and marketing team at Philips Corporation where she negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with companies, such as DEC, Northern Telecom, and Motorola. These professional experiences provided Kathy with the confidence and ability to be a fierce negotiator for her clients.
Kathy has two boys who were raised in Sunnyvale and attended school in Santa Clara and Archbishop Mitty High. Now that they are adults Kathy has more time to enjoy her hobbies- bridge, mahjong, reading, gardening and baking, when she's not selling real estate.
