About Kathy
In 1990, Kathy first visited Naples and was instantly captivated by its charm. Just after 9/11, she made the life-changing decision to buy her first home in this vibrant community, and has since been actively buying and selling properties for personal investment. With a passion for real estate fueled by years of watching HGTV and browsing Zillow, Kathy is thrilled to now live her dream as a real estate agent, eager to apply her extensive knowledge to help clients find their perfect homes.
Naples has grown so much over the years, yet it retains its enchanting small-town charm. Kathy appreciates Naples’ unique blend of cosmopolitan flair and quaint appeal, with its fabulous restaurants, shopping, and diverse cultural venues. The area even offers space for horses and farms, making it a truly versatile place to call home.
With a professional background in nursing and software sales, Kathy has been honored with several President's Club sales awards, showcasing her dedication and success in previous careers. This experience, combined with her deep local expertise, positions Kathy as a knowledgeable and reliable resource in the Naples real estate market.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys watching British crime shows, spending time with her dog Charlotte and her cat Esther, and reading crime novels. She loves walking, golfing, pickleball and embarking on adventures both at home and abroad. Family is a cornerstone of Kathy's life, with her daughter, son-in-law, and 11 grandchildren residing in Alabama, and her son and daughter-in-law living in Georgia.
