"Kathryn has been absolutely incredible to work with. I started looking for a house back in May of 2020 around the Canyon Lake area. At the time, I was living in New York and told Kathryn that I was going to be in the area for about a week and that I wanted to look at a few houses. I told her it might be a little premature, but since I was in town I wanted to take advantage of that. It did not matter to her that I wasn't ready to purchase at that exact moment. She set up several showings and spent the entire day on a Saturday to show me houses around that area.
Over the course of the next several months, many events occurred in my life and my purchasing ideas and timeframes kept changing. I was back and forth between Texas and New York numerous times. From guiding us with a strategy in selling our home, to navigating the incredibly intense buying experience, she was not only there for us, but was often answering our questions before we had even asked. She would come to each showing we found we liked with not only the the regular MLS info, but often comps, and any additional info she could gain from speaking to the seller's agent.

She is well connected and respected in her field which seemed to open a lot of doors and give us a serious advantage in a difficult market.
