About Kathryn
As Director of Luxury Estates with Sally Forster Jones Group, one of the leading teams in the world, with over $5billion in sales volume, Kathryn leverages an impressive portfolio of communication and negotiation skills to facilitate transactions, find off-market properties, attract multiple offers, and compose eloquent offers to earn winning results for both sellers and buyers. She also is very intuitive in matching her clients with the perfect home.
Kathryn brings a compelling range of talents to clients who are navigating the competitive Los Angeles luxury market. She brings expertise to a variety of areas; working from Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, to the Hollywood Hills. Additionally, she’s established strong contacts in all key global markets, enabling her to be effective on an international scale as well. Kathryn can facilitate transactions not only in LA but anywhere in the domestic US and internationally.
Spending time in the UK and Saudi as a child, and growing up with parents who frequently traveled, it was very natural for Kathryn to continue this tradition and has built strong networks across the globe.
In addition to her refined business skills, Kathryn calls on her designer’s eye to help clients enhance the appeal of their properties, building in equity and creating value. She has a very savvy and trustworthy network of professionals to call upon and shares a wealth of resources for investors, developers, and homeowners to help them enhance and add value to their homes.
Kathryn cultivates lasting relationships not only with her clients but with other real estate professionals – bonds that earn trust and facilitate win-win negotiations. Kathryn has a BA from the University of California San Diego, where she studied architecture, biology, and anthropology. She also took language, design, and architecture courses while in Italy. In her free time, she enjoys art, photography, traveling, visiting museums, spending time with loved ones, and volunteering. As a wildlife advocate, she volunteers with Conservation International and spends time working on behalf of endangered species around the world.
Kathryn knows that real estate is seldom just a business transaction, and often buying and selling a home encompasses many moving parts and life changes. “It’s an honor to help people through some of the most emotionally and financially significant transactions they will have in their lives,” she says. “I draw on all my resources to see that they have a positive and rewarding experience.”
