Kathryn Nelson

Kathryn's family has lived in The Woodlands for over 40 years. For more than 25 of those years, Kathryn has assisted clients in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, including Lake Conroe, Houston's Inner Loop, and West Side. Her specialties include preparing and marketing existing homes, as well as helping clients purchase both new and previously-owned homes. 

 Kathryn is an honor graduate of Texas A&M University and a lifetime member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. With extensive training and experience working with most relocation companies, she has a deep understanding of the relocation process. 

 When selling a home, Kathryn collaborates with clients to review detailed market analyses to identify and find the right buyer in the shortest time possible. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, she assists with staging for maximum buyer appeal and provides professional photography for premium presentation across multiple media venues. 

Whether clients are buying their first or twenty-first home, new or resale, Kathryn specializes in finding homes that fit their needs and lifestyles while staying within budget. She is also well-acquainted with both established and new neighborhoods and the builders in those areas Kathryn is dedicated to helping clients find the right contacts and information to make their move as stress-free and easy as possible. She is eager to assist in making The Woodlands or Houston their new home.
