Kathleen joins with over 20 years of experience in the Hamptons real estate market. Formerly the Managing Broker of Strough Associates, Kathleen is widely recognized as one of the Hampton’s top-producing brokers. Kathleen started out in the industry as a spec builder and a general contractor. She became an expert in land use and development and specializes in private equity investment properties. Kathleen has successfully carried many speculative projects to profitability. A few of her more notable properties include: 237 Gibson Lane, Morgan Hill Farm at Bridgehampton, Meadowlark 51, the Pasture at Lumber Lane, Cottage Living magazine’s “Idea ,” the Residences at Southampton Hills, and numerous others throughout the Hamptons.
Originally from Sayville, New York, Kathleen is a lifelong resident of Long Island. She has resided in Sag Harbor over 20 years with her children, Nick & Holly and her rescue dog, Lily. A graduate of Hofstra University, Kathleen is passionate about Sag Harbor and the surrounding East End communities and devotes herself to improving the quality of local life. An enthusiast of boating, animal welfare, and environmental conservation, she currently sits on the boards of the Breakwater Yacht Club in Sag Harbor and the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation as well as being a contributing member to a variety of charities, including, ARF, ASPCA, North Shore Animal League, Ocean Conservancy and Wounded Warriors.
