Kathleen Marshall

With a background in compliance & transaction escalation resolution as well as real estate systems management, Kathleen Marshall is privileged to use her twenty+ years in this industry to support agents in both the Roscoe Village and River North Offices of Compass Chicago. Kathleen is also honored to open Compass Michigan as the Broker of Record with an amazing team of agents working throughout the state. 

Kathleen's primary focus as a manager and broker of record is on business and professional development. Her main goal is to guide agents towards their stated advancement. Utilizing individual, small group, and virtual learning sessions with Compass tech at their disposal to their best and most efficient increase not only their business but their quality of life as well. 

By using her educational background in social services and public policy, having graduated with a BSW from Loyola University Chicago, Kathleen offers a unique perspective to assist in fostering positive agent career growth as well as building community with clients, staff, and cooperating brokers in a myriad real estate transactions. 

Kathleen has lived in Chicago for over twenty five years with her partner and two ill-behaved dogs. Her other life as a working artist affords her the creative eye to see how to work with independent thinkers and help direct them on the path to success.
