When I called Kathleen on a Friday to see if she would list my building she was on vacation, but told that when she got home on Monday she would drive by my building get me some comps. Kathleen is lifelong Chicago resident with deep roots in the its real estate & development community. Raised in the Beverly neighborhood, Kathleen attended Marquette University and studied abroad at Loyola University, Rome. After graduation, Kathleen spent a year volunteering with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp in Boston, MA. She then embarked on a two year stint in politics, serving as finance director for a United States Senate Campaign, but ultimately, her fascination with Real Estate prevailed.
