Kate was born and raised on the East Coast before calling California home in 2009. After years as a top-producing agent, Kate transitioned into a Sales Manager role, leading a team of up to 38 agents across the East Bay. Under her leadership, the team has closed hundreds of transactions each year, with annual sales volumes exceeding half a billion dollars. This depth of experience has given Kate valuable insights into different neighborhoods, buyer and seller motivations, and the strategies that drive results. It has also strengthened her ability to tailor her approach to meet each clientās unique needs while helping her agents maximize opportunities in a competitive market.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her two boys, who are active in various Alameda sports clubs. She loves cheering them on at their games while also staying active herself by running the trails of Bay Farm Island. When theyāre not at a game, they enjoy exploring local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
