Kate Fralin

Kate Fralin is a licensed realtor in Washington, DC and Maryland having completed 4 years working with both buyers and sellers.  Kate originalyl joined the Dana Rice Group as Communications Coordinator bringing together 25 years of communications ranging from Sports , Consumer PR and Advertising, Corporate Communications for Fortune 100 companies, and creating her own consulting firm for 6 years. She created her own custom jean jacket business, Good Jeans, selling in retail stores, wholesale, and on-line for 5 years. Most recently, Kate managed retail for Eileen Fisher and a local retailer, helping to increase sales through partner and events.

Kate and her husband have lived in NW Washington since 1986, having raised their three children. Once a collegiate athlete, she’s completed one marathon and 3 triathlons, and plays tennis and volunteers at Reading Partners, a non-profit in Washington, DC.  Reading Partners help children become lifelong readers through individualized instruction.  She’s lived in Dupont Circle, Mass Ave Heights, Glover Park, Wesley Heights and is now happily settled in Spring Valley. Born and raised in New Jersey, you can find her in Cape May, a.ka Exit Zero, most summer weekends.
