Born, raised & residing in Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, Kate Federico has been a licensed success in the Philadelphia Real Estate Industry for the past 23 years working side by side with her mother Kathleen. With her creative energy and dynamic personality, she represents Sellers, Buyers, Developers & Investors in achieving their goals and turning their dreams into reality. “Matchmaking” off market deals is also one of her specialties.
