"We had come to our wits end looking for the right house for our family, until we found Kate. She patiently listened to our wishes for our dream house, our dream location and our dream price range and absolutely nailed it for us. In fact, the house wasn't even on the market -- it was just one I pointed out as an example of the perfect house for us, and within 24 hours she made it a reality. We consider her a bit of a miracle worker and count our lucky stars every time we open our front door." - Andrea Blaugrund Nevins & David Nevins

"There are many realtors out there to choose from, but few who understand each clients' individual aesthetic and then are able to deliver on it. Kate has a great sense of style, a decorator's eye, and once you tell her what you want she will never waste your time showing you houses that are wrong for you. Frankly, we found this to be a priceless asset, and Kate not only delivered us our dream house in Hancock Park, but was full of fantastic suggestions for simple changes that improved and restored the lines of the house, the light, and the value. Kate has successfully used her keen sense of interior decoration to flip houses, to re-do houses for her clients, and to open your eyes to the rich possibilities of properties you might otherwise dismiss. She can find you a diamond in the rough, or just a diamond! I cannot recommend her highly enough." - Miranda Cowley Heller & Bruno Heller
