Working with Kat has been amazing. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect from the home buying process or from an agent. Kat was our guide and advocate through the processes of searching, negotiating, processing paperwork, small renovations, and getting to know the neighborhood.

She helped us find a small place in a nice neighborhood for a much lower price than our loan limit.
