After purchasing her first home in California in 2012, Karla started taking an interest in the real estate market. In 2015 Karla and her husband sold their Southern California home and made the move to Nashville, Tennessee, where they currently live with their three sons. Over the years Karla’s journey into the real estate industry has evolved, including purchasing two of her own homes in East Nashville, as well as helping her buyer clients find, negotiate, contract and close on their first home, or their forever home; along with helping sellers prepare their properties for the market, advocating for them all the way to the closing table and beyond, in greater Nashville area.
Outside of working- being a boy mom, Karla can be found outdoors enjoying nature and the sunshine; watching one of her boys play in a local little league baseball or flag football game, or watching her oldest compete in a middle school wrestling match; as well as volunteering on the local elementary school PTA board.
Karla prides herself on her communication skills and cultivating lasting relationships. She will happily take all the time needed to walk her clients and potential clients through every step of their real estate journey, knowing that no two people are the same and everyone’s needs are different.
