About Karina

Karina Hiselman is a Chicago area realtor with seven years in the Real Estate industry and a demonstrably comprehensive career, including buying, selling, and leasing both residential and commercial properties. Her experience has mostly concentrated in the Chicagoland communities, but her services will be instrumental no matter which Chicago or suburban areas you are considering. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Karina started as a leasing agent where she not only learned property management processes and tools to become a proficient realtor for various property types but also developed invaluable intuition about Chicagoland's housing market and growth trends. All the while, she earned her Property Management Certificate and used her newfound expertise to purchase her own multiunit in 2017. This ultimately drew her to helping people buy and sell real estate.

With a passion for helping people achieve their dreams, one of Karina’s greatest joys is helping a family purchase their first home. Yet whether buying or selling for the first or tenth time, leasing or finding an investment property – Karina is keenly aware she is guiding her clients through one of life’s most impactful decisions and is therefore fiercely attentive to the unique needs of her clients and their families.

The complex systems one must navigate to buy and sell real estate can be intimidating, and mentally and emotionally daunting. Karina sincerely and enthusiastically wants to be your guide. Her commitment and competence paired with her warm, patient, and engaging personality will quickly put you at ease, minimize stress, and most importantly, help you clearly understand and carefully weigh your options. Karina earns her clients’ trust by working tirelessly on their behalf and offering candid advice, which is why her business almost exclusively stems from referrals.

Karina has always wanted to earn a living by meeting new people, building relationships, and sharing those life blessings she’s discovered with others. She has held sales and retail jobs since age 15, and Karina’s mom will lovingly attest to how she wanted to sell socks, pies, and popsicles to all she knew (and didn’t know) as a young girl.

In her downtime, Karina enjoys trying diverse cuisines, taking photos of the Chicago skyline, spontaneous adventures, and soaking up time with her family and friends.
