About Karin Klint
A Little About Me
I have been working in real estate since 2006, but I have been living with real estate for most of my life. I had the privilege of working with my mother, Kris Klint, for seven years before she retired from real estate after 25 years in the business. She taught me the importance of relationships, compassion, trust and professionalism - all critical to being successful in this business.
I am a full service real estate agent. My goal is to make the process of selling or buying a home as easy and stress free as possible for you. In preparing a home for sale, I will work with experts in staging and marketing to make sure your home looks its best when it goes on the market. My comprehensive marketing plan includes advertising, floor plans and video for easy touchless access to properties, online promotions on social network platforms and websites, and leveraging my network of agents and prospective buyers. Real estate is a people business, and I love doing showings, open houses and broker tours. I think that the personal touch of real estate is what sets me apart from others.
For my buyers, I work tirelessly to find the perfect property. I will traverse neighborhoods, and will seek out off market opportunities in order to get my clients access to properties. I always choose to present an offer in person, so that the agent and sellers know as much about you and your love of the property, and hopefully find success! Even as COVID has changed the landscape, I think the relationships I have with agents within and outside of COMPASS have aided in my success over the years.
I am a native to the Peninsula and have a deep knowledge of many towns and neighborhoods from Burlingame to San Jose. I was raised in Atherton, lived in San Carlos for many years and have settled in Menlo Park. That understanding can help you learn the nuances of different areas which may help you determine where you want to focus your area of search.
I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
