Karin Rich

Karin is a true native to the area as she was born, raised, and now currently resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Having started her career in education as a teacher in Montgomery County, her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in real esatate. Karin has seen dramatic change over the years in her hometown and loves using her local knowledge to help her clients navigate all the DMV has to offer.

Her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her family which includes her husband and three children. From playing pickleball, to jogging, or watching her kid's sports events, she stays quite busy outside of real estate. Karin received a Bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master's degree in education from Johns Hopkins University.
