Karen brings in-depth experience to that role, sharpened by serving years in the medical field. Prior to assisting with the day-to-day operations of the reSolve Group, Karen successfully managed a Peninsula-based audiology clinic. Today, she draws on that experience to plan and make things as smooth as possible for everyone on the team and its clients.

Karen considers it a privilege to be asked to help a client with a real estate transaction. "Most of us don’t buy or sell that often, and it can be scary, stressful, and intimidating," she says. Karen’s role as Operations Manager is essential to the success of the team as she makes sure no detail is overlooked.

Karen is a longtime resident of the Peninsula having first lived in San Carlos after moving from the Midwest nearly two decades ago. Currently, she resides with her husband in Redwood City. They have three grown children who also reside in the Bay Area. Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys gardening, cooking, painting, hiking, and spending time with her husband, children, and adorable grand-dog.
