If there is a solution to a problem, Karen Matluck and her positive outlook will find it. Matluck, a luxury real estate consultant with Compass Florida, doesn’t take no for an answer when helping buyers and sellers find their place in the world. “I have always believed that a first-time buyer is deserving of as much attention as a second- and third-time buyer,” she says. “Luxury is a state of mind, and I help everyone realize that dream.” Matluck responds quickly to questions, always thinking outside the box.
