"Karen is a truth telling, down to business, "go getter". Truly an agent who has her clients best interest in mind. She represented myself as a buyers agent and helped me throughout the entire process. She was very professional and organized from start to finish. Our first meeting involved looking through online listings so she could grasp a sense of the type of home I was looking for. During this time and throughout the process she shared her vast knowledge of why a certain house was better than another or why one location was better than another. Viewing houses was a combination of her sending new properties and myself sharing which new properties I had seen online. After viewing she would give her honest opinion on the house and what to expect if I was to pursue the purchase. After I finally decided on a property she handled all the "dirty work" of prepping the offer, keeping me up to date and offering a piece of mind throughout the process. She recommended an excellent home inspector and went through the results with me. After the inspection is where Karen really showed what she was made of. The seller, who was without representation, turned into a lunatic, but Karen kept a level head and kept moving forward knowing that it was the home I wanted. With her down to business mentality she protected me from the seller who was trying to cut corners on the CO. When it came time to settle Karen got the deal done despite the frantic seller who was extremely rude. Without Karen's professionalism and expert real estate knowledge my situation could of turned into a nightmare. Instead I'm writing this review inside my new home! I would highly recommend Karen, she's the best!"
