"In the middle of January I had the perfect buyer for Karen's coop listing at 200 Atlantic Ave. in Lynbrook. I had asked her when she would be showing as I was under the weather, later to find out it was actually covid and hit me hard and fast. "My name is Stacey and I am currently working with Karen Elefante to secure a co-op in Hewlett. I am in contract, awaiting board approval.
I had been a title closer, a bank closing representative, a mortgage loan originator, as well as an office manager for both my father’s and my husband’s real estate law practices. During this time period, I purchased two homes. To say the least, I am very well-versed in real estate. My father taught me the business from top to bottom. His most important lesson was that working with the best would ensure the best outcome. The last step of the process is in the hands of the co-op board.
I can honestly say that every buyer or seller should be as well represented as I was with Karen as my agent. She is truly one of the most knowledgeable agents in real estate I have ever met, and I have met many in my years in the business.
