About Kara
A native New Yorker, Kara brings an East-Coast zeal to the Nashville real estate world and thrives in this fast-paced and often cutthroat market. Kara got her first taste of real estate working for her father, a real estate attorney in New York. Kara then earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island and moved to Boston shortly after. While in Boston, Kara worked for a billion-dollar construction company on their luxury retail and restaurant projects.
Having lived in several cities, Kara has found her forever home in Nashville. Being a transplant herself, there is no one who better understands the stress of relocating to a new city, and Kara finds true joy in helping transplants fall in love with Nashville and find their perfect home here.
Outside of real estate, Kara spends her time volunteering as President of the Nashville Chi Omega Alumni Chapter, and as a foster mom for a dog rescue, Critter Cavalry, here in Nashville. In addition to her own 4 resident rescue pups, Kara has fostered over 30 homeless dogs over the last six years.
