About Kaitlynn
Kaitlynn Milone is no stranger to Boston’s luxury real estate marketplace. In fact, she lists some of the city’s toniest new residential developments among her successful transactions. Recently, she spearheaded the launch of The Parker, a new 168-unit residential condominium in the heart of the Theatre District. Kaitlynn was also instrumental in selling $32 million in the first release of units at The Quinn, one of the South End’s newest luxury residences.
Hard working, patient, and detail/solution-oriented, Kaitlynn has a deep knowledge of the Metro Boston marketplace, as well as the outlying communities north and west of the city. In addition to new development, she specializes in helping clients make the move from the city to the suburbs - and the reverse! - and transitions seamlessly between representing buyers and sellers. Her goals: to educate and inform her clients so that they make the best decisions, to negotiate the best possible deal for them, and once terms have been agreed upon, to direct a smooth and efficient transaction.
Kaitlynn’s real estate expertise includes an understanding of the numbers that drive the market. Recognizing that buying or selling a property is a sizable investment for her clients, Kaitlynn believes that the high level of service she offers often includes partnering with a financial advisor or lending institution - and she is quick to help her clients with best practices in order that they make the most prudent decisions.
What she finds most rewarding about what she does every day? “I enjoy making personal connections and bringing my clients from the beginning to the end of the purchase or the sale. Close to 100% of the time, these connections turn into long-term relationships - leading to repeat business, many referrals, and most importantly, lasting friendships!”
Originally from Hawaii, Kaitlynn has made Massachusetts her home. She graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in management and now resides in Andover. In her free time, she plays tennis, runs, and spends time outdoors with her husband, children, and black lab.
