Jéssica Rotta

Jessica Rotta was born and raised in a small town in Southern Brazil, Nova Petrópolis. Her formative years were shaped by her participation in a local volleyball team, introducing to her the values of hard work and dedication from a young age.

At 18, Jessica embarked on a solo journey to the United States to pursue higher education with a full athletic scholarship. After she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing, her journey led her to Houston, where she started a new chapter. Jessica’s introduction to the real estate industry began with her working in the home insurance sector, before she discovered her true calling in Real Estate Sales and Investing. A testament to her entrepreneurial spirit, she acquired her first duplex at the age of 24.

Committed to making a meaningful impact, Jessica actively contributes to the NAHREP Board, collaborating with like-minded professionals to enhance homeownership opportunities for the Hispanic and Latino communities in Houston.
