Justin Martinez is the dynamic leader of the Martinez Team, a powerhouse in the real estate industry. With a strong focus on new development sales and rentals in New York City, the team has sold over $350,000,000 and has completed over 550 transactions, with projects spanning Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Notably, they recently achieved great success with Hunter's Landing, a 194-unit new development by Criterion Group.
Justin's interest in real estate began in high school when he attended a business-focused school. His fascination with the industry led him to seek an internship at a real estate firm in the Bronx, where he spent his weekends more than a decade ago. That experience ignited a passion for real estate and helping people find their dream homes.
Putting his clients' needs first is Justin's top priority. He works tirelessly to achieve their goals, whether it's helping a first-time homebuyer or selling a multi-million dollar listing or a studio rental.
As a native New Yorker, Justin knows the city inside and out. He was born and raised in the vibrant Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn and now resides in Long Island City with his wife Anna, and their two chihuahuas, Cash and Ace. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his love for cars and continuing to expand his knowledge of the real estate industry.
Justin firmly believes that real estate is a relationship business, and he values his connections with his clients above all else. As he puts it, "apartments will come and go, but relationships are everlasting."
