"As a first time home buyer, there were so many unknowns about the process: what neighborhood should we buy-in, what's a good deal, market appreciation, and schooling district. We had an idea of the process, but we did not honestly know what to expect. When we first met Justin, he was very professional, empathetic, and listened to our needs. Whenever my fiancée and I bombard Justin with our questions, he was always responsive, set our expectations, and made sure we understood before moving on. During our viewings, Justin would organize the schedule, drove us to each of the homes we saw, and the small touches such as going into the house to prep the viewing made us felt like VIPs.
