In 2012, Justin Dutchover moved to Los Angeles from West Texas with nothing but determination and a drive for success. Real estate found him, and it quickly became his calling. Starting off in the prestigious neighborhood of Toluca Lake as an office administrator, Justin worked on Real Estate office duties during the day and studied for the California Real Estate exam at night. He soon found himself involved in one of the most iconic sales in the industry—the $21 million sale of the Bob Hope Estate, which provided vital insight into the world of high- end luxury homes.
 
Upon obtaining his license in 2015, Justin's natural knack for luxury Real Estate led him to join a top team in Marina del Rey, where he honed his skills and knowledge, specializing in oceanfront properties and working with high-profile clients. His deep understanding of the market, coupled with his hustle and sophisticated approach, set him apart in a competitive industry.
 
In 2019, Justin founded the Dutchover Team, dedicated to bringing class, elegance, and exceptional service to the world of Real Estate.
