"I don't take the time to write many reviews but I felt my recent experience with Justin Bobson warrants the time. My five week Real Estate journey began with my 85 year old (healthy mom) finding a new apartment that she fell in love with just a few miles from her home. To my surprise, she announced she wanted to move from her home that she had lived in for 55 years into the new apartment. Once I got over the shock and panic of moving her, I contacted Justin Bobson to discuss the process of the sale of her home. He strongly suggested that I sell the house immediately to catch the hot housing market and to avoid the onset of homes coming on the market once school got out. With the help of Justin, I had roughly 5 weeks to accomplish what seemed like the impossible.

We had 4 days to go through the entire house and remove anything that mom wanted before the "Helping Hands Estate Sale" company came into the house to prepare for an Estate Sale held a week later. Roni, who owns the estate sale company, was fantastic. She rushed the setup for us, made sure anything they found of potential sentimental value was set aside, made sure the entire house was empty when they left (some donated, some taken to the dump) and took special care of the sale of an antique car.

Justin then helped arrange to bring in a hardwood refinisher. The walls were painted and several minor repairs were performed to maximize the value of the house. All the while, he took the time on several occasions to sit with my mom and explain the entire process of selling her home and making sure she knew she was in charge (what to expect, what will need to be decided, what information will need to be available, what will need to be signed etc). His ability to talk to the elderly with respect, calmness, a warm smile, friendly eye contact, and in simple terms, is a true gift for someone in his generation.

I can enthusiastically say we reached our timeline goals of putting the house on the market in 5 weeks. We had multiple offers over the list price and the purchaser waived the inspection. Though exhausted, I couldn't be happier with the entire process with Justin Bobson leading the charge.
