Preparation, editing and staging are the critical elements of effective real estate marketing.” Her team has a large inventory of furniture, rugs, lighting, art and accessories to pull from when staging for their sellers. Sellers need to understand the difference between interior design and interior staging. The former is meant to reflect the personality and lifestyle of the homeowners. Staging is meant to do the opposite. The purpose of staging is to quiet things down in the foreground so that the home can speak for itself. Julie and Will reside in Hinsdale after moving from Lakeview in 2010. They have three wonderful kids, Caroline — age 13, Charlie — age 11, and Jack — age 9. “These busy three keep us on our toes and we love every minute of it!”.
